Please ensure that you and anyone accompanying you to your appointment bring a mask and the patient brings a valid health card. It is the patient’s responsibility to inform anyone attending the appointment of these requirements.

Appointment reminders are sent three days before your scheduled appointment and include a notice that masks are required.

Mask Policy
If you arrive without a mask, you will be required to purchase one from our office for $1.00. Payment must be made by cash or e-Transfer, as debit and credit cards are not accepted for this purchase. 

You can also purchase masks from the pharmacy on the main floor.

Health Card Policy
If you do not bring your valid health card to your appointment, a $50.00 fee may apply. This fee will be refunded upon presentation of a valid health card.
