Dr. Mabini is an Ears, Nose and Throat Specialist, she is also a Head and Neck Surgeon. If you would like an appointment with Dr. Mabini you will need a referral from a doctor.

Please give us a call or email us 3 business days prior to your appointment so we can reschedule or cancel your appointment. This also allows for others to be seen if need be.

Dr. Mabini does have a $75.00 rescheduling fee. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or if a patient does not show up for their appointment without notification they may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Follow up appointments are designated to follow up on your orginal condition. If a new referral is sent while you have a follow up appointment scheduled you will not be able to address your new condition at that time. A new appointment will need to be scheduled to address the new condition. If we can we will try to reschedule your follow up appointment to accommodate your new referral as well. This will be discussed with you prior to rescheduling as this will result in an appointment at a later date.

Check with your pharmacy to see if you have any refills left. If not have the pharmacy fax us a Refill Request. If you have not been seen by Dr. Mabini within the last 2 years please see your Family Doctor to have your prescription refilled.
